Paintings are sculpted on canvas covered board. Multi-media sculpture is of clay, natural fibers and raw linen, marbleized for durability, then painted in acrylics and oils. Sealed driftwood, shells and feathers are sometimes utilized. Ground marble is added to produce special effects. Armature is used on freestanding sculptures as well as paintings of deep dimension.
